#BethelBound Day is a special all-day event for the families of students who’ve been admitted to Bethel or have recently applied!
Bethel Bound Day is your opportunity to step fully into what comes next. This event is designed to help you picture your future here, in the classroom, on campus, and in a community ready to support your goals. You’ll get a clear look at what life at Bethel is really like and where it can take you.

Event Schedule
8:30 AM – Check-In & Welcome Reception: Arrive at Odom Hall to check in, receive your welcome packet, and chat with members of the Bethel community. Breakfast will be served—come hungry!
9:00 AM – Opening Session: Kick off the day with a warm welcome from university leadership and the Admissions team.
10:00 AM – Academic Sessions: Meet professors and learn more about your academic area of interest.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Student Activity Fair & Lunch: Connect with student organizations and campus partners like Renaissance, Athletics, and Global Studies. Enjoy a complimentary lunch in Bethel’s Caf and explore the bookstore.
12:00 PM – Student Panel: Hear what life is really like at Bethel from current students.
12:45 PM – Financial Aid 101: Student Financial Services will share tips for navigating the financial side of college.
1:30 PM – Campus Tour: Explore campus with one of our Student Ambassadors and get a firsthand look at life at Bethel.
3:00 PM – Purple and Gold Game: Stay for the game and experience Wildcat pride.
If you are interested in joining Bethel's Renaissance program, auditions will be held at the end of the day. Please be sure to indicate your interest when you register.

- Where will I park?
Please park in the parking lot adjacent to the Dickey Fine Arts Building and walk around to the front of Odom Hall. Student Ambassadors will be present to help guide you.
- Does it cost to attend?
No, Bethel Bound Day is free of charge!

Yes—Bethel Bound Day is a family event, and guests are welcome.
- Will food be provided?
Yes! A breakfast reception will be served at check-in and lunch in Bethel's Caf will be provided for all guests attending.
